ELIGIBILITY |
| i) |
The purpose of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to the children below the age of 21 years through their parents/guardian, whose mother, father or both have passed away or become incapacitated due to physical/mental disability or loss of parental support etc; |
| ii) |
The Monthly income of the applicant should not be more than Rs. 1000/- in case of individual and Rs. 1500/- in couple case |

RATE OF PENSION |
| i) |
Rs. 250/- per month. |
The rate of pension was Rs. 150/- per month before April, 1995.
** The rate of pension was Rs. 200/- per month before April, 2006 |
